Whether it’s a vigorous gym workout or a relaxing swim you’re looking for, the relaxed, informal 3d Health & Fitness provides the perfect place to unwind and recharge your batteries. The fully equipped gymnasium offers everything you’ll need for a great workout, with fitness instructors on hand to give you any help you might need. Or, if you prefer something more relaxing, then the wet area, comprising a 15-metre heated indoor swimming pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna may be just the place for you. For further pampering and indulgence you could visit Pampered and Polished.

The pool and gym will be open 8am – 8pm from Friday – Monday
